Lioness Lingerie is a bespoke, made-to-order lingerie studio based in the EU (Slovakia). Every piece is cut to the customer's own measurements rather than pulled from stock, built around an architectural, structural design language, in a black, white, and burgundy palette.

Lioness Lingerie designs and hand-builds made-to-order lingerie for customers across the EU, cut to individual measurements rather than mass-produced in advance. The brand's design language draws on architecture and sculpture: visible structure, precise construction, and a deliberately provocative, second-skin fit. Founded in 2022 and based in Slovakia.

Why this is different

  • Made-to-order only, zero standing inventory, zero overproduction — the opposite of the fast-fashion model currently under regulatory pressure across the EU.
  • Structural, architectural design approach rather than purely decorative lingerie — a sculptural read the industry itself has recently been catching up to (e.g. corsetry-as-outerwear on the 2026 couture runways).

Founder

Olha Padii, founder of Lioness Lingerie

Olha Padii is the founder and owner of Lioness Lingerie. Originally from Ukraine, she has been based in Slovakia for the past seven years. She started Lioness in 2022 after struggling to find lace lingerie sets that were both well-made and genuinely interesting — most of what she found was either badly finished or a version of something she'd already seen many times before, so she started making her own. Lioness works from its own atelier, sourcing lace from a small number of European mills, and offers free custom sizing on every set.
